Great time of Prayer and Fasting and seeking God

February Prayer Letter 2010

Pray for NW Europe; Harold & Kathleen Presley Regional Ministry Coordinator for Northwest Europe
Rob & Michelle Crigger in London:
Hello everyone! Thank you so much for your faithfulness to pray for our family. We appreciate each one of you so much!
I (Michelle) had surgery on both feet on January 20th to have bunions removed and the bones straightened out. I told Rob this morning that I felt a fresh grace and more strength in my feet today. I did not have the pain last night that I have been having. I slept better last night and it was without heavy pain medication. Praise the LORD! Thank you for praying. Also blessings to the Lord for the doors He has been opening up for us to raise support. We have at least 13 services booked and are getting responses from friends about supporting us. GOD IS SO GOOD!
Please continue to pray for Karolina in England. She is going to begin an Alpha Course this Wednesday. This is a foundational course in Christianity.
Also praise report that God has opened the door at the local college for a church to start later this month ON THE CAMPUS! It is going to be called Grace House. Pray for many lives to be touched and impacted on this campus.
Blessings,
Rob & Michelle Crigger and family

Pray for Brussels, Belgium Mauricio and Lulu Salazar www.pastormau.com
Pray for Norway Alfred and Marie Green

Pray for Ginger Simmons:
I am so very blessed of God for His goodness and favor. My time in the USA for furlough has been so full and loaded with divine appointments.
I fly to London on February 8 and am believing God for safety, protection and favor as I embark on this new part of my journey with God.
I specifically - along with other UK missionaries - need God's favor to acquire visas. I believe we will be divinely ordered to the right people that will show great favor as we continue working toward this goal.
I begin training with Healing Rooms Ministry February 11 and desire God's perfect plan to come forth throughout the training and as I align myself to this ministry of prayer and deliverance.
Thank you for your continued faithfulness in prayer and service to our King!!
Blessings - Ginger Simmons

Praying for NW Europe October 2009

October Prayer Letter 2009

Pray for North West Europe: Harold & Kathleen Presley (RMC)

PRAISE REPORTS!!!

Ø Praise God for the wonderful things happening among our Punjabi friends (about 50) in England. Salvations, healings, baptism in the Holy spirit. They are so eager to learn more about Jesus and grow to know Him better.

Ø Praise God for us (H & K Presley) being back from USA. Good furlough. Good wedding of our daughter Bethany. Good times with Miriam getting to train with Ballet Magnificat. Good times with number-one grandson, Levi. Oh yes, and we visited a few churches while we were there, too. Good to be back.

Ø Praise God for a healing miracle with Dave Glover…in hospital…Doc says he can’t walk, and the evidence is all too clear to Dave that they are looking to amputate something His wife, Kathy, was leading the church that day. Church prayed, and Dave stands up in the hospital and starts walking around. The guy just won’t die, won’t quite and won’t even complain! Too many miracles to list when talking about Dave Glover. We give God praise.

Ø Praise God for Children Ministries newly established and developing in some of our churches because of the tireless work of Jasmine Crilly. She is gifted and highly focused in all things related to discipling children and training teachers to do the same. We are grateful to God for adding20Jasmine to our team.

PRAYER REQUEST:

Ø Radical changes in UK Immigration laws and visa status is taking it’s toll on our time and WMM money and causing Rob & Michelle to return to USA prematurely. Pray for wisdom, favour and all to go smoothly as we work to comply with new laws.

Ø Couple in Denmark in kinda delicate ministry-transition. Pray for grace and God’s direction for them and that it will be a win-win.

Ø Pastor Grace in Amsterdam returning to Ghana…pray for her church as she sets up leaders to carry on the significant ministry.

Ø Interns trying to decide if they want to come to London. Are they coming or not? Do we want them in London or not? Pray for God’s will to be clearly impressed on us.

Ø Couple in transition from Bristol church…should they start a new church? …are they ready?...is God in it?...will the old church be supportive?

Pray for fruitfulness and strength for Bristol ministries.

Ø Dave Glover’s health. He’s the pastor in Bristol. Requires healing of heart condition, kidney failure, diabetes, and complications stemming from all the above. In the meantime, there’s no one more happy than Dave! God, give all of the same spunk and good attitude as Pastor Dave.

All but one of our London churches (12 in all) require good property for meetings. Pray for God to bless the finances as He opens doors for property ownership or reasonable usage.

Ø Pray for workers and church-planters for Norway, Denmark, and Sweden.

Ø Pray for open doors to minister and qualified workers to send into Ireland and Scotland.

Ø Pray for Punjabi group in England: momentum to pick up and continue…. me to have time to give to the people there…. anointing and grace to expand to other Asian groupings w/in Europe

Ø Agree with us in prayer for a property in London we can use as NW Europe Ministry Hub.

Ø Pray for our (H & K Presley) missions finances, as our account is sagging into the red. None of you ever had that happen, eh? ;-)

Thank you all, and we pray for you, too. Harold & Kathleen. Presley; IPHC - UK and NW Europe

Please pray for the Annual IPHC Pastor & Leaders Retreat, scheduled for Feb 15-19, 2010 at Ashburnham:
(a) Wisdom in the planning & preparation - many hours behind the keyboard & on the phone
(b) For a good response to the invitation e-mails & letters & commitment to attend the Retreat
(c) That folks will trust the Lord for finance to attend
(c) That the Lord's presence will again be evident & that He will meet with all at their point of need
(d) That all the speakers will be used of the Lord & sensitive to the Holy Spirit on what they need to share.

Matthew and Femke Helland in Amsterdam: We have been able to sell our house. Praise God. We plan on moving this weekend. Please keep praying however for the financing for the buyers of our home as well as for us that this will be a smooth transition. We would love to have this all behind us before we go on the missionary retreat next month. Another praise report is that last Saturday we had 80 friends, family and neighbors show up for the dedication of 3 of our babies in our church. It was a really special event/day. Please pray of a training day of the celebrate recovery we are hosting here in Amsterdam. This is a program which can help us address the needs of people with different hurts, habits (addictions), and hang ups. Pray that we will have a great day of training and that we can get this started in Amsterdam. Keep praying for our kids club. There are some possible doors opening whereby we may be able to expand this ministry to new spheres of influences. Pray for God's wisdom and boldness in ministering to the children and entering the right doors of opportunity. Pray for Amsterdam. Pray for breakthrough in our city and churches. This Sunday we are having a special day for prophetic ministry. Pray for an open heaven and that God will speak into our lives in very special ways. Thank you all for your prayers, Matthew and Femke Helland

Prayer Request from the Hellands in Holland

We ask you to pray specifically for 2 things...

The first thing is the 2 alpha groups that have started this week...pray that God would really move on the hearts of the participants during the course. Pray for the leaders; one is pregnant and has been feeling really weak and sick and the other one was sick this week. Pray that the enemy does not succeed in discouraging the leaders and that God would get glory for their healing.

The second thing is for our home, which is on the market now. Pray that it will sell at the right time (not too early...we don\'t want to be homeless when the baby is due..and not too late...before September, that is when our new home will be finished) and for the right price. God is faithful and His timing is perfect!
Blessings to all of you!

IPHC Conference in Romania May 13-15

Prayer Request from Rob Crigger

received 2 text msgs on my mobile phone from a friend of mine that
I have been praying with at the college that I have been trying to establish a Christian witness at. Here is what he sent, "...young men crying to the Lord
for revival, taking back all the enemy has stolen. I did not have to ask them". The second text. "A student prophesied that the prayer will be a revival center.

He said the anointing is now placed on the young. They are speaking in tongues on their faces before the Lord." The prayer is everyday 12 til 2 at the College
and I have been asked to do some teaching on Fridays. Please pray that we will have wisdom and favor until we see God breakthrough.

Further plans are being made about making this a bi-annual event which will take place in different major cities of Western Europe. Stay tuned to see the next date and city for the next day of Prayer and Fasting.

Day of Prayer in London - January 10

Saturday, 10 January 2009 is a good day for our Day of Prayer for Western Europe.
London is the city this year. The first year it was Amsterdam, last year it was Brussels…so we cross over the channel for 2009!
Who should come: EVERYBODY!!!
All missionaries should participate. Then bring as many leaders with you and anyone else that still has breath. “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!”
We will follow a similar format as we did last year, but with a full band. Worship and prayers will begin at 10 a.m. and finish with a meal and fellowship together at 5 p.m.
The purpose of our gathering is to set the tone for our year with praise, worship and a sustained time of seeking the Lord for His favour and blessings. This will include:
  1. Corporate worship
  2. Prayers of thanksgiving
  3. Repentance for personal and national sins
  4. Intercession for specific people and churches and ministry-projects
  5. Prayer for one another
  6. Prayer for people groups within our borders
  7. Pleas for God’s mercy on our cities and nations
  8. Seeking God’s direction for growth and strength of our ministries
  9. Ample time for the Holy Spirit to speak through prophecy and other word gifts
  10. Conclude with a celebration of praise to the Lord for His goodness.
The venue will be a church in Leytonstone, which is in East London and on the Central Line Underground station by the same name.
Travel options:
Ø Driving… it’s only about 5 hours from Amsterdam depending on the traffic in Holland. For those using a GPS it’s 139 Ashville Road, London E11 4DX
Ø Train… the Eurostar is the fastest=2 0easiest way, and then connections all the way to Leytonstone are readily available.
Ø Airplane… the closest Airport to our side of London is London City Airport. Next is Stansted Airport. Otherwise it’s best to fly into Heathrow as the underground train runs from there.
(Matt Helland says he has a flight from Schipol to Stansted for less than 80 euros.)
Anyone wanting to stay over until Sunday are welcome in some of the local churches.
Lo dging that we are aware of is around £60 per room per night in nearby Snaresbrook. Only 25 minutes walk or one train stop. Two can stay in each room.
Depending on how many come in a group we may be able to put some in private homes. Missionaries get first dibs on homes, and it will be first ask, first get till the rooms run out!

Help promote this. We will have plenty of space for an awesome day of prayer and worship and fellowship. I'm getting pumped about it while just writing this email.
Let me know how many you are bringing.

- H.P.

Praise Report from Wales - Todd Presley

Praise God for the breakthroughs we are experiencing in Wales.

Alive is one of these breakthroughs that we are excited about. Alive is a Bible study that introduces nonbelievers to Jesus. The emphasis is not telling them how they should live or what they shouldn’t be doing; but rather focusing on the character of God. The plan is simple, walk through the Scripture, bare witness of what God is doing in our lives and making room for the un-abrupt rhythms of Gods grace to draw them to salvation. Many have given their lives to Christ through this approach and one is even leading an Alive group of their own. Their lives are being changed, not due to requirements placed on them by man, but through their growing relationship with God.

Odd Praise Report from Amsterdam

A guy who took our Alpha course now prays all the time. He has not joined our community yet, but he continually sees God answering his prayers. He was driving after having drunk to much alcohol the other day when he got stopped by the police. He started praying like crazy...The police had him take 3 breathalizer tests to see how much alcohol he had. One at the cop car (it was broken) andother at the police station (it also was broken) and a third at another police station (it also was broken). When they finally could test him, his alcohol level was normal.

This guy is experiencing answer to his prayers and the grace of God in his life. Pray that he will make a decision now to follow Christ.

Praise Report from Amsterdam

Often when I walk my dog I try to get to know people and share my faith. One guy I met a couple months ago shared with me that he had very serious cancer and that he was going to be operated in a few days. I told him that God had healed me of cerebral palsey as a child and asked him if I could pray for him. Well, I just ran into him now and he told me that the doctors went in and found no cancer. He had a very serious form of bladder cancer he had been fighting for 4 years and now he is cancer free. He told me that he really felt something that day that I prayed for him and that definately has something to do with him being free from cancer now. Praise God.

Igor & Lena- Missionaries in Turkey from Kiev

Igor & Lena are from Kiev and are working in Turkey as missionaies. They write:We ask you to lift us up in prayer. Something is going on, which we exactly cannot understand and fight back. We have felt like giving up. We would like to understand what is happening and we need the faith to go through this trail. We have been in Ukraine more then a month, we spend amost all this time alone seeking God and His purposes for us. We have been through many battles and things we needed to fight within ourselves. It was painful. But we continue to press on.Last week has been very intensed we were awaken at night for prayer and during the day we hardly even want to eat anything. The circumstances around us have been very weird, not typical at all. Things have been changing and still are being changed with the anourmous speed. I felt an urge to write to all of you who will be moved to keep us in prayer because we want and must overcome but the further we go the more things come on our way. Our desire is to find His rest and His will and His transformation. Bless you and love you in Christ Igor and Lena

I ask everyone who would to please pray for Rafa. He is one of our pastors in Spain. He needs a healing from God. He has been sick for a long time. His liver isn´t working like it should and he needs a transplant. The doctors cant do anything yet because of a tumor has to go down in size, he is too weak so we are asking God to touch him, then they can get him ready for the transplant.

Prayer Request from Amber in Mexico

I don't do this very often but my heart is so burdened for my friend Zintthya. She is 17 years old and trying to fight anorexia. The only problem is Doctors have basically determined that she will not make it. She was sent home I guess basically to die. I found out that she had gotten involved with things she shouldn't have which is what I believe is behind the entire problem. Really right now, I'm just asking that when you pray you will lift her up to the Lord. I have never seen a situation like this before, but I know God offers life. So please pray for her healing, physically mentally and spiritually. Thank you so much. I appreciate that I feel I can rely on all of you to help stand in the gap for her!
